What insurance do you accept?
Washington Workers Clinic specializes in Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I) claims.
We do not bill third-party or private insurance plans.
If you are unsure whether your injury qualifies as an L&I claim, please contact our office.

Please bring:
- Photo ID
- Any L&I claim information (if available)
- Relevant medical records related to your work injury
- A list of current medications
- Any L&I or work status paperwork you have received
